FAQ
What program do we use for the video session?
You’ll receive a link to join your session from your coach prior to the session. Our coaches use a variety of services including Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, or Facetime.
Will I need more than one Pre-PA counseling session?
Possibly! It depends on where you are in your journey and what you are struggling with. Our coaches are happy to continue to walk through the process with you and follow-up sessions are offered at a discounted rate.
Which coach should I book an interview with?
All of our coaches are wonderful and have spent a ton of time training and working with applicants to give you the best feedback possible. If you want to learn even more about each coach, check out the About Pages.
Will my session be recorded?
Once you book, you’ll receive instructions on how to record your session for you to watch back later. Make sure to test this out ahead of time to make sure it’s working properly.
